The Horizontal  Screw Sludge Dewatering Machine is a new type of solid liquid separation equipment uses the screw extrusion principle to achieve the squeeze dewatering of sludge through the strong extrusion force generated by the screw diameter and pitch change and the small gap between the moving ring and the fixed ring.

The Screw Type Sludge Dehydrator is a high‑efficiency, compact, and largely self‑cleaning unit designed for continuous solid‑liquid separation (dewatering + thickening) of sludge from municipal & industrial wastewater, food processing, breweries, distilleries, chemical plants, etc. It uses a screw (auger) & filter ring / disc system (volute / multi‑ring) to gradually compress sludge, squeeze out water, and deliver a dewatered sludge cake with significantly higher solids content.
